Oxbo appointed Jalison Cruz as general manager of Oxbo Brazil. In this role, Cruz will be responsible for the overall leadership of Oxbo’s Brazilian operations, including strategy execution, business performance, and continued development of the team.
Cruz brings more than 20 years of experience in the ag machinery industry, with a strong background in commercial leadership, finance, sales, aftermarket, and dealer network development. Prior to joining Oxbo, he built a 17-year career at Valtra, part of the AGCO Group, where he held positions across both the finance and commercial organizations.
Most recently, Cruz served as chief commercial officer of Mahindra Brazil, leading the sales, aftermarket, and dealer network development and retention functions. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in market expansion, channel development, business growth, and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Cruz joins as Oxbo continues to expand its presence in Brazil. In 2025, Oxbo opened its manufacturing, development, sales, and service facility in Uberaba, further strengthening its ability to serve customers in Brazil and support the company’s growth in the region.
