Siloking is reorganizing its management team structure for the next phase of the company’s development. By expanding its senior management, the company is streamlining decision-making and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. Hence, the family-owned company is laying the foundation for further sustainable international growth.
Alongside Georg Mayer, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Margit Mayer, Managing Director, and Jürgen Rückert, Chief Operating Officer (COO), who was appointed to the Management Board since last August, an expanded C-suite (senior executives board) will assume responsibility for key areas of the company.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Klaus Alversammer will be responsible for Finance and Controlling. Florian Schörgnhofer will assume responsibility for pro-duction and manufacturing as Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO). As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Sascha Behrend will oversee global sales. Heidi Waldinger will serve as Chief of Staff (CoS), taking on a key role at the intersection of executive management, strategy and organizational development.
With the new structure, Siloking is building on experience and continuity: all four executives have been with the company for many years and have played a significant role in shaping Siloking’s development in their respective areas of responsibility. Their extensive knowledge of the market and the company, provides an important foundation for advancing Siloking’s strategic development and internationalization.
“By expanding our C-suite, we are establishing clear responsibilities and strengthening our management structure for the next phase of development. We want to make decisions faster, consolidate expertise with clear accountability and collaborate even more closely across the company. This creates a strong foundation for our continued international growth,” explains Georg Mayer, CEO of Siloking.
Aim of the new structure is to make its growing international organization even more effective while preserving the strengths of an owner-managed family business: short decision-making paths, entrepreneurial thinking and a long-term outlook.
