CIS Equipment Group (CISEG) from Austria acquires a 51% majority stake in Deppe & Stücker from Germany. The existing shareholders, Christian Stücker and Sven Deppe, will remain with the company and will continue to guide its future development in partnership with CISEG.
CISEG is a long-standing partner of John Deere and an internationally active provider of products for the agricultural, road construction, and mining sectors. Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, the group with approximately 550 employees, serves customers in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other markets in Central Asia.
Goal of the partnership is to further develop the company by leveraging shared synergies, the targeted exchange of expertise, and the combination of regional market knowledge with international experience, thereby laying the foundation for continued growth.
Konstantin Kutelas (Group Director, CISEG) emphasizes that Germany is one of Europe’s most important agricultural machinery markets. As a nationwide dealer group, we see Deppe & Stücker as a company with strong regional roots, dedicated teams, and a high level of customer satisfaction. For us, this agreed-upon strategic partnership is a logical and important step in our long-term growth strategy.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and will be completed on November 1, 2026.
