Fliegl to continue Cargos production

Last April, Claas announced to discontinue production of the Cargos silage and loader wagon. Fliegl has now taken over the rights to build these wagons.

The name Cargos will be maintained and the various types will continue to be built as before without any significant changes. By adding these wagons to their range, Fliegl is becoming a Full-Liner in the agricultural transport sector.

For the production of the Cargos wagons a separate company will be founded, named “Fliegl Grünlandtechnik”, which will be located in Kirchdorf in Oberbaiern, Germany.

This new company will be managed by Andreas Fliegl, son of Josef Fliegl jr and the 3rd generation of Fliegl family.

Cargos wagons are known for their solidity and cutting quality. Often they are used as dual-purpose wagons.
