Dominic Esser to lead Fendt EME sales

Dominic Esser will take the position as Fendt sales director EME from September 1st.  In his new role, he will be responsible for Fendt sales in the Europe & Middle East region (EME). Esser will succeed Christian Erkens.

Dr. Esser joined AGCO at the beginning of 2013 as Strategy & Integration consultant. After holding various positions within AGCO Cooperation, he has been leading the European S&I team as Director Strategy & Integration from 2019. During this time, he successfully supported the integration of the former Lely business into AGCO’s core brands Massey Ferguson and Fendt.

In his new role, Dominic Esser will lead the international Fendt sales team in Europe and Middle East and work closely with the regional sales teams to further develop Fendt’s sales performance.

Together with his team, he will focus on topics such as the development of the Fendt full line product portfolio and customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Esser was responsible for the development and implementation of the global strategies of AGCO brands Fendt and Valtra.

Dominic Esser studied law and agricultural sciences at the University of Bonn and holds a PhD degree in agricultural law from the University of Zurich.
