Field and road, never so different and never closer than today. Farmers are fully aware that they must alternate work in the field with transport by road. For this purpose, BKT introduces the Multimax MP 569. This new tire is a positive step forward in identifying the best solutions for modern-day farmers.
The new product is part of the Multimax line which includes tires that are ideal for agro-industrial activities and are designed for use at high speeds with heavy loads.
The Multimax MP 569 is ideal specifically for a range of applications for agro trucks, mixed-use vehicles which are deployed when road movements are also necessary. These vehicles are used to transport grass, earth, and sand or to collect corn grind in the field alongside the mulcher.
Thanks to the “All Steel” casing, The MP 569 stands out for its high speed and durability. The optimized tread design provides better traction in the field and excellent self-cleaning properties, together with a comfortable ride on the road and outstanding stability, without considering the significant saving in fuel consumption thanks to low rolling resistance.
The MP 569 was created to be fitted on the front axle of agro trucks in the 445/65 R 22.5 size in combination with FL 633 Performa on the rear axle in the 600/50 R 22.5 size. A well-considered combination, as Denis Piccolo, Product Manager at BKT, explains:
“Agro trucks normally have two different tread patterns on the rear drive axle and the front steer axle, depending on the work they have to do: the rear axle must guarantee more traction, while the front axle must have more directional ability. The ideal equipment for these vehicles, according to our studies, is achieved by combining two BKT products, such as: the new Multimax MP 569 on the front axle which features shoulders that assist traction. It also has, in the central part of the tread, a design which guarantees both less rolling resistance and excellent ability to maintain direction.
And on the rear axle FL 633 Performa, ultra-resistant, with exceptional load capacity and durability. It represents the future of Flotation tires which are also ideal for agro trucks.”
The Multimax MP 569 is currently available in the 445/65 R 22.5 (18 R 22.5) size. The tire guarantees load capacity of 5800 kg at 100 km/h, with pressure of 9 bar.
