New Holland was on display at Agrishow 2022 in Brasil with an impressive stand. Here it unveiled to the South American market the CR IntellisenseTM combine and the world’s first production methane-powered tractor. New Holland also presented its advanced solutions in the Digital Farming Space.

New Holland Agriculture showcased its most advanced harvesting and digital farming solutions on an impressive 6,500 m2 stand at the 27th edition of Agrishow, the largest agricultural fair in Latin America, which was held in Ribeirão Preto (SP), Brazil. Among the highlights on the stand was the new CR IntellisenseTM combine featuring the latest automation and Artificial Intelligence technologies, and the Digital Agriculture Space, and the T6 Methane Power tractor, the world’s first production methane tractor. New Holland also launched the new T5.110S, designed for long days of operation in the field.

New Holland’s participation in Agrishow 2022 culminated with the Machine of the Year title, which was awarded to the TX5.90 combine by the technical jury. Launched in 2020 in Brazil, the TX5.90 builds on the legacy of the TC range, known for its reliability and efficiency, providing a solution that delivers innovation in an accessible and low-maintenance combine.

During the show, Carlo Lambro, New Holland Brand President, received Joaquim Leite, Minister of the Environment of Brazil on the stand. Mr Leite had the opportunity to see first-hand the T6 Methane Power tractor, which is being commercially launched to the local market. Other visitors to the stand included Rodrigo Garcia, Governor of the State of São Paulo and Marco Pontes, astronaut and former Minister for Science and Technology.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with this year’s Agrishow, which was very successful for New Holland,” stated Carlo Lambro, New Holland Brand President at the event. “It is one of the most important agricultural exhibitions in the world, and key moment for us to meet with customers and keep our finger on the pulse of our industry. We were excited to return after the show’s hiatus due to the Covid situation, and the event lived up to our highest expectations. Our stand remained crowded throughout the Agrishow, and visitors showed great interest in the Digital Agriculture Space, where they could see where farming is going and that in many respects the future is already here, in our advanced automation and digital solutions – and we have the answer for all farming operations, of all sizes.”

The Digital Farming Space

The Digital Farming Space at the heart of the stand showcased New Holland’s advanced solutions developed to provide farmers with the machine and agronomic data needed to make informed decisions and optimize their operations. Visitors could get an understanding of how the Control Room remotely monitors agricultural machinery in the field, anticipating possible issues so they can be addressed proactively, helping the customer maximize their machine’s uptime and their operation’s efficiency.

Also featured were New Holland’s connected solutions for farm management and the MYPLMCONNECT and MYNEWHOLLAND telematics and training portals. These solutions enable the farmer to monitor their fleet, process agronomic data, optimize the use of resources and manage their farming operation efficiently. Completing the display were the AGXTEND products, a complete ecosystem of solutions based on innovation, servitization and sustainability dedicated to precision agriculture, which work in the field to promote better soil preparation, as well as planting and treatment optimization.
