Claas has launched the new Silver Line parts product line designed specifically for older Claas machines, which are not used as intensively as new machines.
Many full and part-time farmers, as well as some contractors are still using older Claas machines in their day-to-day work. However, these older models tend not to get a lot of use, and so are often unable to take full advantage of the service life of Claas original standard parts. At the same time, a customer’s willingness to invest in maintenance and repairs diminishes with the increasing age of the machine. Claas recognises this and has responded by expanding their original parts range.
New member joins the parts family
In addition to the Claas Farm Parts range of parts and accessories covering a wide variety of brands and sectors, Claas offers a broad range of original parts to meet the individual needs of all customers. Until recently, there were two lines in this range – Premium Line and Reman Line. Premium Line is aimed at customers who need a reliable solution for machines that operate with unusually high loads, so parts in this range are extremely hard-wearing. Reman Line, on the other hand, offers a resource-friendly replacement parts programme for customers seeking an economical alternative to buying a Claas new part. Claas takes back used parts and re-conditions them to same-series standard in an industrial process.
This current Claas Orininal portfolio has now been extended to include Claas Silver Line. The Silver Line range is aimed specifically at price-conscious customers with older Claas machines. All parts listed here are developed specially for older series and offer an economical solution for maintenance and repairs that reflects the value of machine. The parts are tested and approved to the usual high Claas standards, so customers can be sure of receiving proven quality on favourable terms. The Silver Line portfolio currently includes drive belts, filters and drive chains and work is underway to expand the range as soon as possible.
The Silver Line range is available now from the Claas Parts Shop and Claas dealers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Romania.
