Kazakhstan and India signed agreements following the Kazakhstan-India Business Forum on Trade and Investment held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India on September 9th. This includes the assembly of ITL tractors in Kazakhstan.
One of the agreements provides for cooperation between SP BKM LLP and International Tractors Limited on the phased assembly and localization of Sonalika and Solis tractor production in Kazakhstan. The document creates a foundation for long-term cooperation in the supply, assembly, phased localization, distribution, and after-sales service of tractors and related agricultural machinery. The agreement values USD 120 million.
