The Krone Group and its CEO Dr. David Frink are parting ways by mutual agreement. This step is the result of extensive and trusting discussions between the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board regarding the future strategic direction of the company in the ongoing transformation process.
In order for the Krone Group to further strengthen its position in the current challenging economic environment, the company is realigning its organizational structure. This realignment requires fundamental changes in the operational management structure.
Dr. David Frink has had a significant impact on the development of the Krone Group in recent years and has provided important impetus for the strategic direction of the family-owned company. Under his leadership, key decisions were made, particularly in the field of agricultural technology, to position the company for the future.
“We would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr. David Frink for his valuable contribution to the further development of the Krone Group and his tremendous personal commitment throughout all phases of our collaboration. From the very beginning, he has helped to bring about decisive changes and has always managed the company responsibly in a challenging environment. We have prepared the next steps in the organizational transformation together with the Executive Board in the Supervisory Board and will continue to drive them forward consistently. This includes a new management structure that further increases clarity, speed, and implementation strength,” explains Bernard Krone, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Krone Group.
The strategic responsibilities of the CEO will be shared by the existing management team and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board until further notice.
