AgroVario imports Bednar in Hungary

AgroVario Kft. and tillage and seeding machine manufacturer Bednar from Czech Republic, have signed a distribution agreement. Under this agreement AgroVario will import Bednar tillage machinery in Hungary.


Bednar FMT s.r.o. was founded in 1997, and over the past 25 years the company has become an international manufacturer, providing a wide range of ag equipment. Its portfolio includes machines for tillage, seeding, inter-row cultivation, fertilizing and handling plant residues. Since the beginning, they have focused on the development and production of machines with large working widths which ensure high efficiency. Bednar’s product range is suitable for any situation and area size.

Bednar products are already present on the Hungarian market both in the wide spectrum of soil cultivation and in the seeding machines.

The AgroVario product portfolio supplemented with Bednar machines, will ensure further  development in Hungary. AgroVario is also distributor of Fendt wheeled tractors since July 1st.  

AgroVario Kft. is 75% owned by Axiál Kft. Their aim is to sell the full line Fendt product portfolio on the Hungarian market, from tractors through combines to various harvesting machines. In addition to Fendt products, they also distribute HB Brantner trailers, Geringhoff and Biso cutting tables, Bauer irrigation equipment, and Bednar soil and seeding machines. AgroVario Kft is developing its position in Hungary, with 10 regional representatives in its nationwide sales network and 6 local workshops to be opened throughout the year.
