The Vamos Group has opened the largest Fendt sales location in Primavera do Leste, Mato Grosso, Brazil. This new location covers the areas of consulting, sales, service, and spare parts exclusively for Fendt. In addition, the building meets the latest sustainability standards. This brings the number of Fendt locations in Brazil to 22.

The Brazilian Vamos Group is a leader in the rental and sale of trucks and equipment and has a wide network of new and used equipment dealers. The inauguration ceremony took place on July 20th in Primavera do Leste (MT).

The new building, with an area of 4,475 m², offers premises for after-sales service with a modern, air-conditioned workshop and an area for the storage of spare parts. Total area of the site is 50,000 m². The investment of around $20 million for the opening of the new site marks the company’s expansion in the Midwest of Brazil, a strategic region for the Brazilian agricultural industry.

Sustainable construction

The new Vamos Fendt site in Primavera do Leste (MT) is the first Brazilian distribution site in the agricultural sector to receive the World Bank‘s award-winning sustainability certification Edge with international recognition.

Thanks to its efficient construction methods, the site uses 39 percent less electricity, 32 percent less water and 22 percent less building materials. This reduces CO2 emissions and has a significantly lower impact on the environment than other buildings of the same type. The building has double height ceilings and openings for ventilation, an efficient air-conditioning system and natural lighting with high-performance and energy-saving LED lights, low-consumption sanitary facilities and a reflective roof with efficient thermal insulation.

Sustainability plays an essential role in the core business of the Vamos Group. The ESG agenda is one of the pillars of the company’s strategy. The Vamos Group promotes initiatives like this in all business areas to consistently protect the environment.
