NH management changes in South America

New Holland Agriculture announces changes in its management in South America. Paulo Máximo (left) is the new Commercial Marketing Director for the region, taking over the position of Gustavo Taniguchi, who leaves the company. New Holland Agriculture South America, will now be led by Flavio Mazetto.

“They are two very experienced professionals who know in depth the New Holland brand, in all aspects.  I am sure that they will play, as they have always done, an important role in consolidating what has already been achieved in the region, always based on our objective to be close to the customer, offering the ideal solution quality and innovation,” says Rafael Miotto, vice president of New Holland Agriculture for South America.

Paulo Máximo is an engineer from the Catholic University of Petrópolis He joined General Electric and HSBC and gained a Master in Business Administration from Ibmec, with an MBA in e-Business from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Foundation. At CNH Industrial for a decade, he worked for seven years in the financial sector, leading the operation of Banco CNH Industrial in Argentina for three years. In 2019, he took the position of director of New Holland Agriculture’s Development, Projects and Innovation Network for Latin America. During this period, he worked on expanding the brand’s dealer network in the region.

“Our goal from now on is to strengthen training, tactical marketing and marketing New Holland’s training, tactical marketing and commercial marketing, bringing the brand and dealer network closer to the customer,” says the new New Holland Agriculture Commercial Marketing Director for South America.

Flavio Rielli Mazetto is an agricultural engineer, graduated from the Paulista State University University (UNESP) of Botucatu/SP, with master’s and doctoral degrees in Agricultural Machinery and Mechanization from the same University. Moreover, he has a specialization in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of California. He began his career at CNH Industrial 18 years ago, exclusively dedicated to the New Holland brand, where he served as LATAM Product Marketing Specialist for the Brazilian Market, Commercial Manager for the Southeast Region, and key account manager for Sugarcane, Citrus and Forestry in the Brazilian Market.

According to the new Director of Business Development for South America, New Holland will continue its dealer network, increasing its capillarity. Recently, the brand developed a new store concept, making it more integrated, intelligent and multifunctional, with the objective of taking a step forward in order to offer the best to our customers, always with an eye on the future and on innovation.

Another important innovation is the Service Intelligence Center, through which the machines in the field can be monitored anticipating problems that may occur or make software updates remotely.
