After the successful launch with Kramp in Germany, Spain, France and Poland, John Deere has extended its collaboration agreement to Hungary, Estonia, Bulgaria, and Finland.

Kramp continues to be one of the largest agricultural parts and accessories wholesalers in Europe. Deere has a strong reputation for customer and product support across its comprehensive range of machines by providing quality original John Deere parts and services. The partnership has proved to be beneficial for customer and dealer satisfaction during the first phase.

John Deere and Kramp share a mutual set of values that put quality and customer service first. Paul Leathem, Director of After Market and Customer Solutions in Europe, said: “Providing a distinctive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of our products is critical. Both companies are committed to upholding these values and by expanding our partnership with Kramp in these new markets we can offer our dealers and customers a range of parts which go beyond our comprehensive original portfolio.”

With this collaboration, John Deere expands its parts range and its availability in Europe. In addition to the existing original, remanufactured, and Alternatives by John Deere parts portfolio available to John Deere Sales Partners and partner companies, now dealers KITE ZRT (Hungary), WIHURI OÜ (Estonia), Megatron EAD (Bulgaria) and Wihuri Oy in Finland will be able to offer the comprehensive collection of Kramp parts. This Kramp portfolio includes forestry, garden, retail shop, workshop and machinery parts. All parts can be ordered via a modern online platform. Sophisticated logistics ensures fast delivery.
