The 2025 sustainability report of CNH was presented and approved during the 2026 annual general shareholder meeting. The report includes CNH’s sustainability priorities, related strategic targets, and the main results achieved throughout 2025.
The 2025 Sustainability Report of CNH reflects a year in which the company sharpened its long‑term direction through an evolved business strategy, strengthened its commitment to responsible growth and continued creating lasting value for the industries and communities we serve.
“All life depends on soil”. “This is a simple truth that runs through everything CNH does from the fields we help farmers tend, to the ground we help builders transform”, say Chair and Executive Director Suzanne Heywood and CEO Gerrit Marx of CNH Industrial in the introduction of the company’s 2025 sustainability report. With that CNH underlines its responsibility to protect the land and support the people who rely on it every day to make a living.
“Soil health is a farmer’s ultimate wealth, the foundation of productivity, the source of healthy food and the basis of sustainable agriculture for generations to come”, Marx and Heywood continue. “The enduring challenges facing agriculture and construction, from rising input costs to labor constraints and unpredictable climate conditions, sharpen the case for practical sustainability that is embedded in our engineering decisions, in the durability and efficiency of machines built to last, and in responsible end- of-life equipment solutions.”
