Maschio Gaspardo released its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Italian company reported revenue of €390 million, up approximately 12% year on year. This stands in contrast to the broader global agricultural machinery sector.

EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) came in at 11.5% of revenue, in line with the prior year, confirming the group’s ability to grow while preserving operating profitability. Group net profit reached €11.2 million. Net financial position improved by approximately €18 million, standing at €69 million, driven by lower bank borrowings and higher cash balances. Consolidated Group equity at 31 December 2025 totaled €141 million.

In 2025, the Group invested over €12 million in plants, machinery, equipment and software worldwide, continuing to modernize and digitalize its manufacturing base. Italy and Europe remain the beating heart of the company, with 6 production facilities across Europe where it continues to invest in R&D, technological innovation and automation, including investments aligned with the Industry 4.0 and 5.0 frameworks.
The Group also pursues research through its subsidiary Free Green Nature Srl, which specializes in robotic and mechatronic systems for agriculture, particularly for vineyards, orchards and olive groves. In this field, Maschio Gaspardo, acting as project coordinator, was awarded funding under the EU LIFE Programme for Environment and Climate Action, together with a consortium of scientific and industry partners. The project involves developing and field-testing robots equipped with UV-C technology for phytosanitary treatment in olive groves and apple orchards, with the aim of significantly reducing reliance on conventional chemical products and bringing this technology closer to market, to the benefit of both growers and consumers.

International expansion

In 2025, the Group completed a series of strategic transactions to strengthen its presence in the highest-growth international markets.

Maschio Gaspardo acquired a stake in Lynx AG LLC, the US company behind the world’s largest strip-till machine, and together they established joint venture Maschio Gaspardo USA Inc. In the spring of 2026, intensive field testing is underway for the first large-scale planters designed for the North American market, with the official launch scheduled for the Farm Progress Show, this coming September. The Group also established its Canadian subsidiary, Équipements MG Canada Inc., which has been operational since late 2025, to serve the Canadian market and provide logistical flexibility in the region.

With the support of Simest S.p.A., the Group launched a major industrial expansion plan in India, involving an investment of approximately €30 million, the acquisition of a 100,000- square-meter site and the construction of a new manufacturing facility that will double local production capacity in the Indian subcontinent.

The partnership with Grégoire Besson SAS, in which Maschio Gaspardo holds a stake with the financial support of Finest S.p.A, continues to deepen. In December 2025, Maschio Gaspardo China and Maschio Gaspardo Canada acquired the respective Grégoire Besson business units, becoming the exclusive importers and distributors of the French brand in China and Canada.

The new subsidiary in the Benelux completed its first full year of operations. With the new openings in the Benelux and Canada, the Group now has 15 commercial subsidiaries worldwide.

Full-line strategy

The Group is committed to offering a complete range of machinery covering every stage of the agronomic cycle from tillage to seeding, fertilization to crop protection, green maintenance to haymaking, while strengthening partnerships with its dealer network through dedicated formats such as Full Line Stores and shop-in-shop areas. Among its future growth priorities, the Group is paying close attention to the LATAM region, starting with Brazil, where it is actively seeking industrial partners to expand its presence.

“Delivering double-digit growth in a year when the entire sector contracted is the result of a long-term vision and the trust that our customers and partners place in our brand”, says chairman Mirco Maschio. “Agriculture is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by sustainability, technological innovation and consolidation across the value chain. Our goal is to bring Italian industrial excellence to fields around the world.”

Chairman of Maschio Holding and Vice Chairman of Maschio Gaspardo Andrea Maschio, adds: “Every machine that leaves our factories carries decades of expertise and a genuine commitment to quality. We continue to invest across all our facilities, accelerating in automation and robotics. The goal is to build machines that are reliable, intuitive and increasingly tailored to farmers’ real needs.”

CEO Luigi De Puppi concludes: “Our strategy is to consolidate our position in Europe and accelerate in high-potential markets such as North America, India and Latin America. 2026 brings significant challenges, above all geopolitical instability, but the geographic diversification we have achieved allows us to face it with cautious optimism.”
