Oxbo expands production of the Twin Merger CM240 to its Fakenham facility in the United Kingdom. Previously manufactured in Marshfield, USA, this strategic move strengthens Oxbo’s opportunities to delivering forage solutions to UK and European customers through local production.

For over 20 years, Oxbo has designed pull-type mergers. The latest generation, the Twin Merger CM240, builds on this legacy with technology designed to handle a wide range of grass types while creating dense, smooth windrows across crop types.

Largest model is the Twin Merger CM240 with up to 12.5m working width. Its ability to merge crops to the left, right, or center allows operators to adapt to varying field conditions, the technology ensures smooth, consistent windrows that improve chopper performance and reduce fuel consumption. By minimizing ash content and preserving leaf integrity, the CM240 delivers feed value for livestock. Designed for hay, silage, small grains, and even coastal grasses, the CM240 combines adaptability with simplified maintenance and ISOBUS control for precision and ease of use.

“This expansion not only strengthens Oxbo’s presence in the UK, but also ensures that our customers benefit from locally manufactured, high-quality forage solutions,” said Steven Skipper, Sales Manager at Oxbo Fakenham. “Producing the CM240 here allows us to deliver faster, provide better support, and continue building relationships with farmers and contractors across the region.”

Production of the latest Twin Merger CM240 model is already underway at the Fakenham facility, featuring flexible pick-up system, steerable rear axle for manoeuvrability, and simplified maintenance design. Oxbo will also develop a dedicated dealer network to ensure strong national coverage and trusted local service.
