Fulchir Group acquires a stake in BCS Group, manufacturer of agricultural machinery under the BCS, Ferrari, Pasquali, and Mosa brands. This brings a decisive turning point in the financial uncertainty that had affected the company recently. BCS is headquartered in Abbiategrasso, Italy.
The Group has confirmed the establishment of an new company that will lease the business unit comprising the BCS, Ferrari, Pasquali, and Mosa brands and operations, with the goal of resuming production as of early October.
All approximately 430 current employees will transfer to the new company, ensuring full job protection. The plan calls for a full recovery of employment by early 2028, thanks to a new CIGS procedure for restructuring that will accompany the gradual return to work in line with the business plan presented. Production will soon resume in full at the plants in Abbiategrasso (MI), Cusago (MI), and Luzzara (RE) in Italy.
As a sign of the company’s continuity, BCS will participate this coming November in EIMA, the International exhibition of agricultural and gardening machinery in Bologna, Italy. EIMA brings together manufacturers from every continent, showcasing the sector’s technologies on a global scale and attracting professionals from over 90 countries.
