Alliance introduces the Agri Star II Row Crop tire. This new addition to the Agri Star II family brings the proven Stratified Layer Technology (SLT) into the specialized row crop segment.

The Agri Star II tire range has been on the market since its debut in 2020, reaching a milestone of 1 million tires sold in just five years. Inspired by the positive feedback from farmers worldwide, Alliance has now extended its Stratified Layer Technology (SLT) into the row crop category, thus addressing the evolving needs of farmers. This brings the advantages of the Agri Star II Series to the equipment class of sprayers.

“At Alliance, we adapt and innovate based on customer feedback,” said Angelo Noronha, President & CEO of Yokohama-ATG. “The Agri Star II Row Crop tire empowers farmers with solutions that address their specific challenges. By bringing our proven SLT technology to the row crop segment, we aim to set new standards for performance and reliability in this category.”

The Agri Star II Row Crop tire is suitable for both on- and off-road usage, backed by a 7-year warranty.

Key highlights include:

Stratified Layer Technology (SLT): Each lug built with two distinct layers, ensures performance throughout the tire’s lifespan, enhancing traction and roadability while minimizing soil compaction and crop damage.

Robust construction: With stubble guard and wear-resistant compounds, the tire offers durability and protection against cuts and cracks, ensuring a long service life.

Enhanced speed rating: Capable of speeds up to 70 km/h, the tire is well suited for both field and road applications.

Extensive size range

The Agri Star II Row Crop tire is available in wide range of sizes from 24 to 54 inch, ensuring compatibility with various agricultural machines and equipment.

With the launch of the Agri Star II Row Crop tire, Alliance aims to strengthen its position in the row crop category. This launch marks another milestone in Alliance’s 70-year legacy in agricultural tire solutions.
