Jens Jorch will be joining AGCO in early September as Vice President Procurement. Jorch brings more than 20 years of international industrial experience, including over 15 years in global direct and indirect procurement.
Jens Jorch joins AGCO from BMW Group, where he held senior leadership roles across purchasing and, most recently, in powertrain development.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale procurement transformations, accelerated digital transformation, aligned cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable cost improvements and created value across complex global operations.
