LeapBox system accuracy approved

The LeapBox system from BBLeap spraying technology, has been officially approved by the Dutch Technical Committee for Technology Assessment (TCT) in the 97.5% Drift-Reducing Technology (DRT) classification.

The official classification specifically applies to the LeapBox configured with a 25 cm nozzle spacing, Wilger UR 80-06 nozzles, and a boom height of 30 cm.

Through its operational standard, the “100% Promise”, backed by 11 technical proofs, BBLeap guarantees that 100% of the correct dosage, the correct droplet size, and uniform distribution are consistently delivered under real-world field conditions. The TCT recognition proves that maximum drift reduction and precise spraying go hand in hand.

The LeapBox system can seamlessly be integrated onto practically any existing field sprayer within a few days, regardless of the machine’s brand, model, or age. Hence, the technology is brand-independent.

Independent tests confirm that these results demonstrate the advantage of BBLeap. Earlier this year, the Julius Kühn Institute (JKI) in Germany granted the system official JKI approval (G2334) for PWM across the entire range. This officially demonstrates that the system performs with absolute accuracy across the entire spectrum and meets the highest standards for drift reduction.
