Since its launch in 2025, the AVR Spirit 9200i trailed potato harvester, has undergone a range of updates and additional options. These include enhanced levelling and bunker loading, as well as optimized potato flow.

Thanks to the automatic levelling system, a level working position and therefore the full capacity of the cleaning modules is guaranteed, even on hilly terrain. From model year 2026 onwards, the Spirit 9200i is equipped as standard with a new levelling cylinder, repositioned on the chassis. As a result, the levelling range has been extended.

The graphical user interface of several cleaning modules has been completely redesigned. Thanks to the modern and user-friendly operating screens, users can now navigate even more intuitively and work more efficiently.

The speed of the deflecting rollers on the pintle belt can now be adjusted independently from the cross conveyor belt itself. This gives operators greater control over the crop flow and ensures an even smoother and more precise transfer from the pintle belt to the sorting table. Thanks to a significant upgrade in hydraulic capacity compared to the Spirit 9200 VW, the Spirit 9200i VW delivers even better performance, even in the most demanding harvesting conditions. In addition, the machine features an enhanced boost function.

Automatic bunker loading update

The automatic filling and unloading functions of the Spirit 9200i have also been further optimized. Thanks to the Clean&Go automation and the automatic bunker floor on the fixed bunker, operators benefit from greater control and precision during both filling and unloading operations. The redesigned and intuitive user interface further enhances ease of use, ensuring smooth and user-friendly operation.

Thanks to a set of practical features, both the operator and sorting table workers always have everything they need, exactly where they need it, ensuring an efficient and comfortable working day.

An additional cutting disc (400 mm diameter) is now available in combination with the hydraulically driven discs (900 mm diameter) and the ACC digging unit. This option has been specifically developed for conditions with heavy foliage and ensures more efficient cutting, minimising the risk of blockages and crop build-up.

Optimize potato flow

An extra deflecting roller module on the in-line pintle belt  has been developed to optimize the potato flow. By removing larger potatoes first, the effectiveness of the rotary comb module in separating smaller potatoes and clods is increased. Both the height and angle of the module can be easily adjusted manually. Thanks to the releasing effect of the V-shaped configuration, smooth crop flow is ensured, while blockages between the two deflecting roller modules are prevented.

The Spirit 9200i VW can optionally be equipped with a rotary comb module on the cross pintle belt. This module enables efficient separation of stones and clods while also contributing to optimal crop distribution across the sorting table. For added operator convenience, the height of the rotary comb module can be easily adjusted directly from the cab.

A scraper prevents dirt from accumulating on the axial rollers gearbox, helping to ensure smooth operation and extending the lifespan of the components. Automatic cleaning can be easily configured at predefined time intervals, further simplifying maintenance and reducing the need for manual cleaning.
