Shaktiman has officially launched its digital spare parts E-catalogue. This new platform marks a significant step forward in the company’s digital transformation journey and its commitment to enhancing dealer efficiency worldwide.

The E-Catalogue was unveiled during a launch event, which brought together over 200 international dealers. Designed to streamline spare parts management, the new E-Catalogue offers an interactive and user-friendly interface that provides real-time, accurate information down to detailed component-level views. Dealers can quickly identify the correct spare parts through illustrated diagrams and intuitive navigation, significantly improving both speed and precision in day-to-day operations.

By replacing traditional printed and PDF catalogues, the platform addresses long-standing challenges in parts identification, reducing errors and minimizing downtime. Its integration with Shaktiman’s dealer portal further enhances usability, allowing dealers to move directly from parts identification to ordering within a unified digital ecosystem.  This integrated approach is expected to deliver tangible benefits across the network, including faster service response, improved inventory planning, and higher operational efficiency, ultimately enabling dealers to serve customers with greater accuracy and reliability.

“Digitalization is a key pillar of our growth strategy. With the launch of the E-Catalogue, we are equipping our global dealer network with the tools they need to operate more efficiently and deliver better service to farmers,” said Mr. Gohil, Chairman of Shaktiman.

To support adoption, Shaktiman has rolled out comprehensive online training sessions, including live demonstrations and step-by-step guidance, ensuring that dealers can fully leverage the platform’s capabilities from day one.  The Digital Spare Parts E-Catalogue is now live and accessible to all authorized dealers.
