Dewulf launches the MP 18-110 store loader, developed specifically for the North American market. With a belt width of 110 cm, 250 tons per hour capacity and proportionally adaptive pivoting and automatic filling programs, the machine offers a smart solution for efficiently filling storage sheds and trailers.

The MP 18-110 features the ability to fill arch-roofed storage buildings with a belt speed of 50 m/min (164 ft/min). The loader is equipped with 110-cm (43.3 inch)-wide conveyors, with minimal drop between the elevator and boom. The telescopic boom features a single-piece conveyor belt, ensuring consistent product flow, minimal maintenance and product-friendly handling.

Slip detection on both the boom belt and the elevator belt continuously monitors operation and prevents unplanned downtime. Start and stop actions for the conveyors can be carried out either in three steps (boom, elevator, feed line) or as a single action. This is an advantage, when filling trailers for example, as it allows the machine to run completely empty.

Wide range of possibilities

With a pivot radius of 23 meters (75.5 ft) and a net boom length of 15.5 meters (50.9 ft) measured to the wheels, the MP 18-110 is suited for filling trailers from the rear. Depending on the product type, an elevator with either a rubber belt or a belted chain is available in four pitches. Thanks to the wide range of configuration options, the machine can be easily tailored to both capacity requirements and different product groups.

One of the key innovations of the MP 18-110 is its proportionally adaptive pivoting system. The machine detects the product flow at the boom discharge point and automatically adjusts the pivoting speed: slower at lower capacity, faster as product flow increases. This system prevents jolts, ensures smooth movement and guarantees even distribution of the product in all conditions. Automatic height compensation during pivoting is also included as standard.

Easy for transport

The MP 18-110 combines stability and maneuverability in operation. Optional hydraulic support legs and an extendable drawbar (also available with hydraulic control) make it easy to connect the machine to a tractor for transport. With its large wheels, the machine can travel on the road at speeds of up to 50 km/h (31 mph). The steering angle of the wheels greatly improves manoeuvrability in and around storage facilities. Thanks to its stable design and the smooth response of the boom during operation, vibrations and unwanted motion are kept to a minimum.

The MP 18-110 comes as standard with a wired remote control and a 7-inch full-colour touchscreen featuring an intuitive graphical interface. A wireless remote control with display is available as an option, showing information such as the discharge height and the active filling program. The machine has also been designed for arch-roofed storage buildings, where the side walls curve into the ceiling: with the optional ceiling-detection sensors, the top of the boom always maintains a safe distance and will automatically change pivoting direction in good time.
