Fendt restructures full line portfolio

The full line program has been a central component of the Fendt strategy for many years. In order to optimize this strategy, the AGCO subsidiary is transforming its existing business model into a partner program for telehandlers and loader wagons. Strautmann will become a new preferred partner.

“In order to offer our customers improved integrated solutions in the Fendt dealer network under the current conditions, we aim to optimize existing partnerships and establish further partnerships,” says Christoph Gröblinghoff, Vice President & Chairman of the Fendt Management Board. “The current market situation is characterized by volatile and softening markets. This demands a more flexible approach to production capacities to limit an increase in unit costs. In order to maintain the competitiveness of our products, certain product groups will be offered directly by our partners in the future.”

Fendt partner Sennebogen, producer of telehandlers, will market its telehandlers directly through ag equipment dealers starting in the second half of 2025. This will give customers even more direct access to Cargo T series telehandlers with Sennebogen’s technological features. Existing delivery commitments for new Cargo T machines under the Fendt brand will be fulfilled.  The supply of spare parts and service for the existing population of Fendt telehandlers will continue to be supported by AGCO in line with legal requirements.

In the second half of 2025, Fendt will discontinue the production of Tigo loader wagons at the Wolfenbüttel site. AGCO will ensure supply of spare parts for the Tigo model series for the existing population in accordance with legal requirements.

The new and preferred Fendt partner for the loader wagon product group will be Strautmann, taking into account existing sales networks. The Lower Saxony-based company is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of feed mixing, spreading and loader wagon technology and is characterized by an enormous vertical range of manufacture, modern production processes and innovative products.

For the 2025 harvest season, Strautmann is offering the new Magnon 11 loader wagon. Theoretical chop length of this wagon is just 22 mm. The short chop loader wagon is specially designed for professional dairy farms and contractors.
