CNH continues to innovate by using state-of art technology to train its people, customers and partners. Virtual reality helps understanding complicated machines.

Using simulators, the metaverse, and augmented reality, the company is investing in modern technologies to upskill its workforce in Latin America. This helps employees, customers and partners to fully harness the potential of CNH machines.

Among the resources used by CNH for training are cab simulators, which use the actual cab of the machines to simulate activities via virtual reality headsets.

The use of virtual and augmented reality technology is already in place at the India Technology Center (ITC) of CNH, where it is used to improve quality by testing and evaluating products.

CNH also partners with various institutes and universities to ensure collaboration and open innovation thrives. To find out more and watch a video about CNH’s key training and development initiatives, click here or on the image below.
