Yokohama TWS has opened a new legal entity in Turkey as part of its ongoing global expansion strategy. This move reflects the company’s commitment to delivering localized support and services tailored to the specific needs of customers in key growth regions.

The new entity, Yokohama TWS Turkey Lastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., based in Istanbul and operating since January, will focus on addressing the demands of the Turkish market. A local team will drive this effort, ensuring that the company can provide responsive and personalized service to OEMs, dealers and other industry professionals in the country. This strategic presence will enable Yokohama TWS to serve local customers efficiently and enhance its distribution capabilities, further reinforcing its “local for local” approach.

Turkey plays a central role in the EMEA off-highway tire market, making it a key area for Yokohama TWS, especially within the agricultural tire sector. The new entity will foster closer connections with local OEMs and dealers, ensuring faster delivery times and offering multi-brand tire solutions that contribute to a more productive and sustainable future.
