To celebrate 20 years of production of its heavy HP model in Brazil, Case IH launches the Magnum 400 AFS Connect Black Limited Edition tractor. The exclusive model is presented during the Agroactiva tradeshow in Santa Fe, Argentina.

In addition to the usual strength and robustness, it has a unique and differential look. The 400 hp version has a black design and a luxury cab with red leather seats, in addition to other distinctive features, such as the black hood, roof and fenders and tires with black rims and exclusive sizes.

“This iconic tractor represents Case IH’s history and tradition in the field, accompanying producers in different applications. This special edition was created and designed to enhance the differentials of the iconic model,” explained Rodrigo Lanciotti, marketing manager.

This special and limited edition combines the classic style of the Magnum 400 AFS Connect tractor with the latest technology of the AFS Pro 1200 monitor. This operating system features 4G connectivity and an AFS Vector Pro receiver, providing real-time information exchange and remote access for diagnostics and updates, ensuring more productivity and efficiency in the field.

The Magnum story

“Build the best” was the slogan used in 1987 when the Magnum 7100 series of tractors was first introduced in the United States. It soon became a great icon with new features and technology for the time, such as the tilting hood, the exhaust on the right side of the cab, the high-performance engine and the integral Powershift transmission with countershaft parking brake.

Production of the Magnum tractor began in 2003 at the Curitiba plant in Brazil. Since then, more than six thousand units of this high HP tractor have been built there.
