The Krone Agricultural Machinery group is undergoing an organizational restructuring. Aim is to shorten decision-making processes, clearly define responsibilities and further strengthen its proximity to customers and markets.
With this reorganization, Krone is laying the foundations to further expand its position as an independent manufacturer of forage harvesting machinery and to tap into new areas of growth.
At the heart of the organization is a clear division into two areas of responsibility. As CFO, Donna Höving will focus on commercial management, administrative functions and cross-divisional coordination of design, production and quality.
As CSO, Jens Moormann-Schmitz will in future be responsible for all market- and customer-related activities. This includes sales, marketing, after-sales and product management.
This consolidation is intended to enable decisions to be made more quickly and closer to the market in future. At the same time, digital offerings, sales and after-sales will be more closely integrated to facilitate a consistent customer approach.
With Martin Eying’s move to the Board of Directors, he will assume the chairmanship and oversee the company’s international development. The focus will remain on expanding into new markets.
“With the new structure, we are creating the conditions to respond more quickly and effectively to market demands and to provide the best possible support to our customers worldwide,” said Bernard Krone.
The new structure will come into effect on 1 April 2026.
