Kverneland introduces the advanced, high capacity Alentix 8047 GI disc spreader. With a working width of up to 54 meter, this spreader delivers precision and maximum efficiency under challenging field conditions. The Alentix is designed to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance and down time.
Positioned above Kverneland’s current range, the new Alentix disc spreader features a hopper volume from 2375 up to 4700 liters, allowing more capacity and a higher efficiency.
The new RapidRate dosing system on the Alentix disc spreader adjusts instantly the correct dosing, based on for example driving speed or Variable Rate Application prescription maps, ensuring optimal fertilizer flow at all times. Designed with a square-shaped dosing system positioned centrally above the RotaFlow 100 spreading system it guarantees a precise and even fertilizer flow with no impact on the spreading pattern, even on slopes or hilly terrain.
The redesigned RotaFlow 100 spreading system ensures a gentle fertilizer flow for a guaranteed accurate spreading pattern. The timings bush with a range of 100° offers enhanced setting flexibility and precise section control, delivering maximum value, especially in small or irregularly shaped fields.
Equipped with four weigh cells and a dual reference sensor, the weighing system installed on the Alentix spreader delivers precise, automatic weighing on the go. No matter the speed or field conditions, fertilizer flow remains consistently accurate. The weighing system delivers continuous, real-time weighing, there is no need for software-based filters or complex recalibrations. By measuring only the hopper weight, the system allows full integration with the tractor linkage, optimizing the center of gravity and reducing tractor’s lifting requirements. The Alentix is built on a robust frame with an integrated quick hitch system. The rear cover can fold as a sturdy platform for easy filling or hopper checking, delivered with a ladder to ensure safe and convenient access every time.
