MyHorsch provides data online

Horsch introduces “myHorsch”, a central customer portal that provides farmers with the opportunity to digitally register their machines and easily recall serial number-specific information online.

By means of an easy but safe verification process, users can access all relevant machine data from the machine’s equipment and model upgrade information to PartFinder, the detailed 3D spare parts documentation.

Moreover, myHorsch provides a central overview of all digital Horsch applications, including direct download links and further information. The objective is to provide farmers with a structured, clear and safe entry into the digital Horsch world.

An essential part of myHorsch is the eosT10 terminal,  including a high-resolution 10-inch touch display and ISOBUS compatibility. With the software version 1.15.0 released last March, the following functionalities are available for the eosT10 and the Pro version at no additional cost.

Wireless data exchange

Via the myHorsch customer portal, files such as field boundaries, application maps and order data can be exchanged wirelessly between the eosT10 terminal and the computer.

Remote Support

The terminal display can be transmitted in real time. This facilitates technical support and reduces downtimes as problems are solved more quickly and efficiently. At the moment, remote access is available for the Horsch service, but will be activated for Horsch sales partners from mid-August. Thus, an important diagnostic tool will be available free of charge.

3D models

Detailed visualization of Horsch machines ensures visual orientation and increases user experience.

SpotSpraying

SpotSpraying considers the individual plant instead of the entire field. Herbicides are applied specifically where theese are required. Weeds are mapped with a drone. A SpotSpraying map is created and imported into the terminal. This procedure is possible with every crop care sprayer that is equipped with SectionControl. The size of the smallest possible spots/patches (available with the eosT10 Pro) varies depending on the size of the sections.

After the software update 1.15.0 has been carried out via a USB stick, all further updates will be carried out directly via an internet connection – Over the Air (OTA).

With the continuous further development of the eosT10 terminal, myHorsch creates a digital platform that intelligently links machines, provides data and users for more transparency, efficiency and service.
