The header features a full-length flex cutterbar for exceptional ground tracking while maintaining the majority of the reel-to-cutterbar relationship. The FD2 Plus features a simple yet reliable leaf spring flexing cutterbar, delivering a featherlight float response that instantly adapts to ground conditions. This system works in tandem with MacDon’s flexing frame and “Active Float System” which supports up to 97% of the header’s weight.
