Trelleborg Tires has been awarded “Best Agriculture Tire” at the 14th Prêmio Visão Agro Centro-Sul, held in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil. The award was handed over to Fabio Metidieri, Director of Yokohama TWS Brazil.
A example of such a tire is the TM800 Sugar Cane, developed specifically for the Brazilian market. Engineered with a reinforced structure and optimized tread, it delivers maximum traction, longer life, and reduced soil compaction in one of the most challenging agricultural environments. Another solution is the TM150 CFO, a high-performance tire for modern crop sprayers. Featuring VF (Very High Flexion) and CFO (Cyclic Field Operation) technologies, which enables increased load capacity during cyclic operations at speeds of up 30 km/h. Its internal structure enables operation at lower inflation pressures, increasing the footprint to reduce soil compaction and improve traction, key features for self-propelled sprayers, widely used in Brazil’s large-scale farming.
