New Holland Agriculture is strongly committed to the visibility of the diversity and importance of the different places, occupied by women, their needs and their fundamental role in the development of agriculture. Through the initiative “Mujeres en Campaña” (Women in Campaign), New Holland in Argentina gives room to female workers in the ag sector to tell their stories, experiences and the challenges they are facing.
In Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe, Argentina, New Holland dealer Agroterra recently held a networking meeting with female customers, municipal officials and rural teachers. During the event, the guests performed dynamic test rides on tractors and sprayers and participated in discussions.
“Our dealers share the brand values and are very committed to the “Mujeres en Campaña” initiative, in which they also play a part. We listen to their comments and suggestions to grow and reach different parts of the country. This is the beginning of a new stage,” said Roxana Lopez, New Holland Marketing Specialist.
Sol Arrieta, a member of the dealership’s management team, highlighted the importance of organizing these meetings: “From Agroterra and personally, we found it a very enriching experience. We were able to establish another type of contact and bond with the guests. We think the whole experience itself was beautiful, the test drives, the talks, the food, the music, everything.”
