The Amazone Group closed its 2025 financial year with total sales of around €850 million, representing growth of 11.4 percent compared to the previous year. This strong result underlines the positive development against a backdrop of a generally challenging market environment.
The above-average growth in several international markets was particularly encouraging. Poland, Romania and China, for example, were among the countries with particularly strong sales growth in 2025, and Ukraine also showed very good sales development despite the extremely difficult conditions.
“2025 was an extremely successful year for us and enabled us, once again, to significantly strengthen our market position. The significant increase in turnover is well above our original expectations. We are delighted with the appreciable increase in demand for our new machine concepts and the positive response to our digital solutions. This clearly demonstrates our focus on precision and sustainability across our product portfolio,” say Christian Dreyer and Dr. Justus Dreyer, Joint Chairmen of the Board and owners of the Amazone Group.
In order to secure its long-term growth trajectory, the company invested more than 5% of its turnover in research and development.
“With extensive modernization and expansion projects in German Amazone facilities , we are sending a clear signal about the future of our production sites. We consciously invest in sustainable manufacturing and logistics processes, in order to secure our strength in the long term whilst continuously increasing the efficiency of our production. We are focusing specifically on automation and optimization, in order to maintain and permanently strengthen the company’s added value,” Christian Dreyer points out.
Global facility structure
Internationally, Amazone strengthened its presence in North America by opening new premises in El Dorado, KS USA. A further Amazone Academy training facility was established in Hude Altmoorhausen, Germany, specifically designed to showcase large-area machinery and, for example, crop protection sprayers with booms widths up to 48 metres. The close proximity to the outdoor training areas also makes it possible to integrate still further practical field work into the training sessions across all products.
Another focus is on the further development of the trials centre in Wambergen. The property, located in the immediate vicinity of the main factory in Gaste, is continuously being modernised and the scope of the field trials steadily expanded. With its strong focus on practical crop establishment trials, the location offers ideal conditions for demonstrating modern intelligent crop establishment systems and for sharing knowledge with customers and sales partners in collaboration with our partners.
Amazone introduced a wide range of new and upgraded products in 2025, various of which were honored with innovation awards, such as at the occasion of Agritechnica 2025.
“The numerous awards we have received highlight our technological strength. The progress we have made, particularly in precision farming applications, demonstrates our commitment to always being one step ahead in terms of technology,” says Dr. Justus Dreyer.
Focus on artificial intelligence
The development of AI-supported systems is increasingly becoming a focus of the innovation strategy. Artificial intelligence serves as a tool for using resources more efficiently and protecting ecosystems in a sustainable manner. In its areas of expertise, Amazone aims to become a leader in intelligent assistance functions such as the award-winning AI-based fertilizer recognition system, EasyMatch, AI-supported analytical methods, such as the SoilDetect soil sensor system, as well as data-based optimization processes. This technology is expected to enable even more precise, efficient and economic crop production in the future. Furthermore, the use of AI technology is also being promoted in other areas of the company.
Expectations for 2026
“For 2026, we expect sales to remain at a stable, high level. What we have achieved is an important impetus for us to continue developing Amazone in a clearly focused and reliable manner going forwards. Finally, we would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers, our sales and service partners, as well as to all our employees, whose trust and cooperation have contributed significantly to the success of the company,” Christian Dreyer and Dr Justus Dreyer conclude.
