Construction has started in Biervliet, the Netherlands of the new advanced Vervaet paint and powder coating facility. With an investment of approximately EUR 6 million, the company takes a next step towards further automation, process optimization and product quality.
Vervaet is specialist manufacturer of self-propelled manure applicators and beet harvesters. The new paint facility of the company will include an automated powder coating system, facilities for wet painting large components and dedicated areas for professional finishing.
First tests with various powders and pre-treatment systems have shown promising results. The complete facility is scheduled to be fully operational by April 2027.
