Bednar presents the Soniq On mounted seeding combination. This compact machine enables uniform crop development in both conventional agriculture and minimal tillage systems. At the same time, it ensures optimal seedbed preparation.
The Soniq ON combines soil preparation and precise seed placement in one single pass. It consists of a power harrow with many rotors per meter of working width. The power harrow contains 12 rotors, which enable effective and consistent tillage, even on heavy soils. Each rotor has 3 bearings, guaranteeing maximum stability and durability. Protection against stones is secured by a cover for each rotor attached to the gearbox frame.
Furthermore the seeding combination is equipped with a single-chamber pressurized tank with a capacity of up to 1,600 liters (basic version 1,000 l). The tank design allows for precise dosing of seed even at high sowing rates. Optionally, it is possible to switch off half of the working width, which reduces overlap at the edge of the field and optimizes seed distribution. Calibration can be done remotely using the Farm Link mobile app, providing ease of control. The easily accessible calibration location at the rear of the machine, also allows the hopper to be completely emptied.
The seed unit uses a proven parallel linkage design, which ensures consistently even seed placement in the soil and constant pressure on each seeding coulter. The double disc coulter guarantees clean opening of the seed furrow. The pressure and depth of seed placement can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically, approximately 60 kg/coulter. There are two options for row spacing: 12.5 cm or 15 cm, depending on the operator’s requirements.
Intelligent control and ISOBUS compatibility
The Soniq ON is fully compatible with ISOBUS systems and is controlled via Bednar Easy Control software. This allows simple and effective management of all machine functions via a clear interface with integrated help. The power harrow can be used independently in a wide range of applications and in a variety of conditions. A wide range of optional attachments are available such as track eradicators, side markers, half-working width shut-off, long life or quick-change blades, and more.
