Claas India acquisition completed

Yanmar Holdings has completed the acquisition of Claas India Private Ltd. and changed the company name to Yanmar Agricultural Machinery India Private Limited (YAMIN). As a result, through its group company, Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Ltd. now owns all shares of Claas India.

In August 2024, Yanmar and Claas announced that Yanmar Holdings would acquire all shares of Claas India, through its group company Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions.

Consequently, wheeled combine harvesters will be newly added to Yanmar’s lineup. Utilizing the technological expertise and know-how that Yanmar has developed, YAMIN will produce combines and other agricultural machinery for the Indian market and the global market at its factory located in Morinda, Punjab,India.
