With the new FB 3125 fixed chamber round baler, KUHN completes its range with a machine developed for the farmer. The baler is a solution for small- to mid-scaled farms, producing their own baled forage. The operation is intuitive and simple to use, whilst machine maintenance is made easy.
18 high-quality rollers are at the core of the bale chamber. All rollers feature a PowerTrack profile for maximum bale traction, resulting in a reliable bale start and a high bale density. The integral rotor and wide 2.30 m pick-up provide a crop flow for high-capacity baling. The bale chamber measures 1.22 x 1.25 metres.
All bale chamber rollers are laser-welded from a single component for maximum strength. The FB 3125 also features a heavy-duty driveline and bearings to enhance machine durability and maintain bale shape and density. The baler is fitted with maintenance-free chamber rollers, and automatic chain lubrication to enable efficient machine maintenance.
The FB 3125 is easy and intuitive to use. With the VT 30 terminal, the operator is in control and has insight into the baling and binding processes. Important information such as bale growth, intake status, number of bales and number of net layers is provided at a glance. The baler only needs two hydraulic valves and a 3-pin connector to simplify the baling operation.
For constant high net tension, the KUHN net binding system provides active net stretch and consistent net spreading. Furthermore, convenient net positioning and a clear net routing makes for a simple roll exchange.
