Founded in 1990 and based near Warsaw, the company is particularly active in various industrial markets, among which agricultural machinery. To ensure a comprehensive market coverage, BTH FAST collaborates with seven service partners in Poland.
DEUTZ is acquiring 100 percent of the shares in the company from its founder Stefan Fabijański, who will be available to BTH FAST as an advisor in the future. The operational management will remain in the hands of the existing management.
DEUTZ CSO and CTO Dr.-Ing. Markus Müller says: “We have already worked very closely with BTH FAST as our central dealer in Poland and are pleased with the takeover by DEUTZ to have also found an optimal succession solution for the company.”
The transaction is subject to customary reservations, in particular antitrust clearance.
