Carraro’s in Italy join forces

An agreement was signed last September 28, in Campodarsego, Italy, between Carraro SpA – Agritalia Division and Antonio Carraro SpA. On the basis of this agreement new ranges of specialized tractors will be designed and produced at Carraro Agritalia’s Rovigo plant under the Antonio Carraro brand.

Antonio Carraro therefore joins other OEM’s such as Claas, John Deere, Massey Ferguson and Valtra, who for several years have found in the Rovigo headquarters of Carraro Group a center of specialism for the production of specialized tractors (mainly for vineyards and orchards).

Apart from manufacturing tractors in Italy, Carraro has its own facilities in the USA, Brazil, Argentina, China and India. Here the company manufactures components such as axles and gearboxes as an OEM supplier.
