Vicon introduces the ROC RS 920 merger, built to operate under diverse farming conditions. It features two merging units with three cams and a variable working width of 7.3 to 9.1m. The double hydraulic rocker arm system enables easily adjusting the spacing between pick-ups during operation, for maximum flexibility.
The new merger features versatile discharge configurations. When the pick-ups are joined, they can discharge to both sides or individually to the left or right. When the pick-ups are separated, they offer even more flexibility, discharging to the sides, the center or a combination of both.
The machine can also function with one unit folded, making it ideal for different field conditions. Its compact transport width of just 3m and brake-free design ensure easy transport and reduced maintenance.
The primary key advantages of the Vicon ROC RS 920 include improved efficiency, reduced time, and enhanced work-life, thanks to adjustable width and discharge settings for various crops and fields. It performs dependably across multiple terrains and crop types. Safety and ease of use are priorities, featuring automatic belt shut-off and integrated lights.
Further, the new merger carries all the figures of the existing Vicon ROC merger range, such as the Tandem wheel ground following system, hydraulically suspended drive axles, hydraulic suspension of the PU/belt units, hydraulically adjustable and suspended crop press rollers, and many more.
