Paolo Mantovani joins BKT Europe

BKT Europe appointed Paolo Mantovani as Head OEM Industrial & OTR Europe. Thus, the European subsidiary of tire manufacturer BKT from India, accelerates its journey to become a strong global player in the Original Equipment (OE) market.

With over 15 years of commercial and strategic experience across the tire industry, Paolo Mantovani has held key roles in the passenger, truck, retread, and off-road segments throughout Europe. His business acumen and understanding of OEM requirements will be instrumental in driving BKT’s growth and expansion in these key markets segments.

In his role, Paolo Mantovani will reinforce BKT’s organization chart in the OE channel, pursuing a well-defined strategic plan that will consolidate and expand thr company’s  growth worldwide, while fostering strong relationships with OEM partners.

In line with this strategy, Silvia Busnelli has been appointed Head OEM Agriculture Europe, thanks to her strong track record, as demonstrated by her pivotal role in developing the OE channel, and thanks to her deep product knowledge, trusted OEM relationships, sharp market insight. Her promotion underscores BKT’s strategy to invest in experienced, high-impact talent to drive growth in the agricultural segment.

To complete the team, Melodie Dubreuil has recently joined BKT as OEM Technical Manager EMEA. With over six years of experience in the tire industry and more than two years at CNH Europe, Melodie brings valuable technical expertise that will strengthen collaboration with OEM partners and ensure BKT’s solutions continue to meet evolving technical demands.
