Previous distributor Interexport, has sold its entire ag machinery division to the German Schröder Group. All employees, outlets and existing business relationships will remain with the new company, Inter Agrar. Also all past and current business relationships and contracts will remain in place.

“We are delighted that we can offer a distribution network for farmers and contractors in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia through Inter Agrar. Together with the existing and motivated workforce, we will continue to offer excellent service to our customers in the future, says Dennis Schöder, Managing Director of the Schröder Group. “With Inter Agrar, we are now starting a new chapter with good products, open communication, and mutual trust, as we have always practiced in our family business.”

“Schröder and Fendt have been working together for more than 60 years. Our companies have grown together and continuously professionalized in the interests of our customers so that we can offer the products and services they want,” says Dr. Dominic Esser, Director Sales Fendt EME.

“Since 1996, Schröder has also been offering Fendt products in Romania through its subsidiary MEWI. Our partner Schröder has already successfully proven that the same high-quality that customers can expect in  Germany can also be guaranteed internationally. We look forward to a successful future collaboration with Inter Agrar.”

From September 1st, 2025, Inter Agrar will be the exclusive distributor of Fendt tractors, combine harvesters, balers, mowers, tedders, and forage harvesters, as well as sprayers in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia. Valtra, another AGCO brand, has successfully collaborated with Inter Agrar already for a decade.
