Crister Stark, Former President & CEO of Väderstad, has been awarded the Commander Grade of the Royal Order of Vasa, one of Sweden’s most prestigious honors, for his outstanding contributions to Swedish industry and the agricultural sector.

The Royal Order of Vasa was established in 1772 by King Gustav III and is bestowed upon individuals who have made significant contributions to Swedish society, particularly in areas not covered by other royal orders. Today, the order is given to individuals for their personal contributions to Sweden or Swedish interests, especially within private enterprise or for well-executed public duties.

This award recognizes Crister Stark’s long-standing commitment to innovation and his dedication to improving modern agriculture. By focusing on innovation and long-term sustainability, his work has not only helped meet farmers’ needs by driving developments that simplify work and increase productivity, but has also made him a role model for responsible and forward-thinking entrepreneurship.

Crister has previously been honored with H.M. The King’s Medal of the 8th size with the ribbon of the Order of the Seraphim, further underscoring his impactful role in Swedish business.
