Horsch presents a new generation of its Kredo HD power harrow. The updated machine optimizes existing Horsch technology to meet the current demands in land preparation. It is used in combination with the Express KR, Versa KR, Versa SW and Versa SL seed units. Also it can be used for tillage only.
With working widths of 3, 3,5, 4 and 6 m, the rotors ensure maximum clearance even in stony soils. The 3 m version is equipped with a total of 10 rotors. The power harrow has been designed for stability in most difficult conditions.
A 3 m Kredo HD can be operated with tractors of up to 300 hp, made possible by an 8 mm thick hollow profile trough. This reduces the sealing surface to a minimum. The rotor sets are screwed from below. Thus, tine carrier, rotor kit and the shaft that is supported by two taper roller bearings 60 mm and 70 mm can be dismantled from below.
The Kredo HD is equipped with the well-known quick-change drag or grip Horsch tines. For a long service life, tines with carbide coating are available, ensuring a constant working depth in addition to a long service life.
By adapting the operational speed and the rotational speed of the power harrow, the cultivation intensity in the seedbed can be controlled.
The adjustment of the working depth of the Kredo HD power harrow is easily accessible from the outside and, due to the lasered hole and position pattern, can be recognized easily and durably. The levelling bar can also be adjusted easily with the universal tool and in the future is fitted on the packer roller.
