Tobias Schiffmann will take over the position of Managing Director sales in Germany & Austria of Kverneland Group in Soest, Germany, as off April 1. He succeeds Mr. Niels Veltmann, who will leave the company at his own request on 30 April 2025.

With his great expertise in agriculture, sales, and management, he is excellently qualified for the task of further strengthening and expanding Kverneland Group in Germany and Austria,” explains Arild Gjerde, President & CEO of Kverneland Group.

Schiffmann, who has been Sales Manager for Southern Germany and Austria since the beginning of 2025, has a longstanding career in the ag machinery industry. After graduating with a degree in agricultural engineering, he began his career as a product specialist and area manager at Case-IH. He then moved to John Deere, where he held various positions, including Product Manager and Sales Manager. Most recently, he was General Sales Manager at John Deere Financial.
