Kongskilde Industries, provider of pneumatic grain handling systems, reassures continuation of its business, despite recent developments involving Kongskilde. Following the sale of Kongskilde to Seko Industries, the company clarifies that Kongskilde Industries remains a completely separate entity and is not affected by the sale.

Originally founded in 1949, the Kongskilde brand has a long history of serving the agricultural community. In 2017, the company was divided into two distinct entities: Kongskilde Industries, specializing in pneumatic grain handling and industrial systems, and Kongskilde, which focuses on tillage and soil cultivation equipment. Since the split, Kongskilde Industries has operated independently. The commitment of the company remains unchanged, delivering grain handling solutions as before. Coincidentally, Kongskilde Industries celebrates its 75th anniversary this year.

“We understand that the recent sale of Kongskilde has created some confusion in the market, particularly among farmers who rely on grain handling systems,” said Kim Johnsen, CCO of Kongskilde Industries. “We want to reassure our customers that Kongskilde Industries is unaffected by this sale, and we remain fully committed to supporting the agricultural community with grain handling technology.”

As part of the 75th-anniversary celebrations, Kongskilde Industries will be launching new initiatives to highlight our history and future innovations in grain handling solutions.
