New Holland appointed Márcio Contreras as its new Commercial and Marketing Director for Latin America. He succeeds Paulo Máximo, who is now Director of Commercial Services and Operations Planning for CNH Latin America.

Paulo Máximo is an engineer with an MBA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. Throughout his career at CNH, he has worked in various areas within the organization, contributing to innovation and improving the company’s customer experience.

Specializing in Marketing, Management and Innovation from institutions such as Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Tel Aviv University, Contreras has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial and marketing areas.

Among the companies he has worked for are O Boticário, Monsanto and CNH itself, where for the last 13 years he has been a member of the Banco CNH team. Since 2016, he has been the Bank’s Commercial and Marketing Director. He has also taught MBAs at FGV and lectured on business, marketing and sales, as well as authoring books in the business sector.

We will continue to expand our portfolio of products and digital solutions aimed at all farmer profiles. Also we will further invest in new technology, sustainability and innovation, thus enabling farmers to produce in an efficient and sustainable way”, Contreras concludes.
