As of June 1, Intelligent Ag Solutions and Headsight Harvesting Solutions in the USA will merge into AGCO subsidiary Precision Planting. The products of both companies will remain, but will only be available through Precision Planting dealers. Current Headsight and Intelligent Ag dealers have the opportunity to become Precision Planting dealers.
The alignment of these brands supports farmers, dealers, and OEMs globally, offering solutions for every season across equipment colors. All three brands share a common approach and a complementary product lineup. The consolidation of brands will allow the companies to pool their resources to bring solutions and products to farmers in the marketplace.
